Grooming Policies
Every appointment starts with a coat and health assessment. We may adjust pricing or recommend a modified service based on coat condition, matting, or behavior — you'll always be informed before we start.
Matting: Severely matted coats can only be humanely resolved with a shave-down. We will explain options and obtain your consent before proceeding.
Behavior: We use fear-free handling. In rare cases where safe grooming isn't possible, we will stop and communicate next steps.
Photography: We may share before-and-after photos for portfolio use. Opt out anytime.
